Please read the following Booking Policy carefully, as it outlines important information regarding bookings, cancellations, refunds, minor drop-offs, and more. 1. Booking Process: Clients may book appointments through our website, by phone, or in person at Duncan Barbercuts. 2. No Refund Policy: All bookings are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for services rendered or for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals. 3. Minor Drop Off: Parents or guardians may drop off minors for services at Duncan Barbercuts. Please refer to our Minor Drop Off Waiver for terms and conditions regarding this service. 4. Cancellation Policy: a. A deposit of $25 is due at the time of booking for all appointments. b. Deposits are non-refundable. c. If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel outside of the allotted time, your appointment will be canceled with no refund. 5. Late Arrivals: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time or cancellation at the discretion of Duncan Barbercuts. 6. Modification of Services: Clients may modify their services or appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, subject to availability. 7. Additional Fees: Late pickup fees may apply for minors left at the salon beyond the specified pickup time. Refer to our Minor Drop Off Waiver for details. 8.
